To our First State Bank of Alexandria customers

At the beginning of October you noticed a change at your bank: First State Bank of Alexandria is now BlackRidgeBANK.

Our name has changed, but you’ll barely notice any differences. You’ll see the same faces when you visit our locations, and we aren’t changing how we do business.

We haven’t been acquired. In fact, BlackRidge Financial has owned our banks for several years. They are committed to stable, community-focused banking with locations in Minnesota and North Dakota. BlackRidge is simply giving its banks a common name to offer you more locations and even better service.

The BlackRidgeBANK entity now includes:

  • First State Bank of Alexandria (Minnesota locations in Alexandria, Carlos and Miltona)
  • Lakewood Bank (Minnesota locations in Baxter, Nisswa and Crosslake)
  • BlackRidgeBANK (North Dakota locations in Fargo and Bismarck)

What you can expect. We now have new signs at our locations, and are working on a new website to be launched in the early months of 2012.

We have enjoyed being a part of the Alexandria, Carlos and Miltona areas for a long time and we will continue to be here for you and your financial needs. We appreciate your business and cannot thank you enough for being a loyal customer. Local decision making and great customer service will continue to be our trademark.
